Purpose of the Job:

Trainee Operator This position is needed to ensure the Trainee learns  the production processes, comply with all safety requirements, along with best in class quality.

Reporting:

The position reports to Production Supervisors

Responsibilities:

 Training will be Provided to Learn  the Production Process & Safety.  Awareness of Critical 6 Program  Knotting of Bobbin  Thread Filling  Bobbing filling in Shuttle  Job Change & Threading Operation  SOP of Loom Operation  To run the process as per Manufacturing Record  and as per instruction of shift executive.  Preparation of next shift requirement in advance.  In case of any abnormality in process or in plant,  immediate intimate to executive or manager for rectification as early as possible.  To operate the equipment’s as per  respective standard operating procedure.  To ensure that preventive maintenance  of respective equipment done as per schedule.  Maintain housekeeping of production area.  Write the status on equipment status board.  Perform cleaning of equipment’s as per SOP
